Today, at our final pre-race meeting in Kamas, we learned that Tyler Page and his colleague's from the Kamas UDOT Office had broken through the snow barrier at Bald Mountain Pass this past Monday afternoon. The Mirror Lake Scenic Byway is open and in great condition from Kamas to Evanston. At the Pass, there is water running across the highway from the melting snow banks. Thank you to the extraordinary efforts of UDOT staff to open the highway. We are indebted to the Kamas UDOT snow warriors. Paul Knopf, Race Coordinator
